We are experiencing massive hikes in fuel prices as you know mainly due to the Ukraine crisis and need to make you aware that our fuel surcharge will be monitored and adjusted on a weekly basis until this crisis settles down 

Beatties Distribution Services Ltd have for a long time operated a fuel surcharge to fairly spread the impact of fuel price fluctuation on our services . These prices will go up and down according to the current fuel prices 

We monitor the price of Diesel from the UK Logistics website, they advise the UK Haulage industry on the daily average price. All of the warnings are that this price is going to increase in the coming weeks and months. We advise that you monitor our website for the surcharges that will be applied to your weekly invoice 

We apologise that we need to apply these surcharges but if ignored we would simply go out of business. 

The rate of fuel today 15th January 2024 is £123.27ppl vat exclusive which equates to rate band G on our scale @ 07.50% - All consignments from today are subject to 07.50% fuel duty.
